Microsoft 365 requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) to protect your account. Choose one of the methods below based on your preference:

• Outlook Mobile Approval — Approve sign-ins with a tap in the Outlook app (simplest)
• Microsoft Authenticator OTP — Generate codes with Microsoft Authenticator
• 1Password OTP — Generate codes with 1Password (keeps everything in one place)
